There appears to be an outbreak of polio in Syria, a region previously considered to have eliminated the disease. Attributed to reduction in immunisation rates due to the civil war, along with infra-structure damage, impairing the processing of faecal matter.

I wonder if our local anti-vaccination crackpots have a comment about this.

There was an interesting story about using Nanopatches for vaccination on Catalyst the other day. If it gets through the hoops it might make a big impact on diseases like polio.

There are experimental data that nanoparticles, when introduced into living cells, may induce mutations. This is the basis for the sunscreen alarmists’ contention that sunscreens which contain nanoparticles should be avoided. They conveniently ignore the facts that:
(1) the evidence is tenuous and in vitro
(2) the nanoparticles in sunscreens don’t penetrate beyond the stratum corneum layer of the epidermis, which is dead tissue
(3) UV is a proven Class 1 carcinogen.

Booyah

“Facts, Bitch!”

I believe we, as a society, require something to fear. When my parents were growing up, it was “Communism”, I was growing up, it was “The Bomb” and finite hydrocarbon reserves. Nowadays, thanks to the self-publishing opportunities offered by the internet, we have heaps to choose from – vaccinations, water flurodation, “chemicals”, asylum seekers etc.

There just needs to be a concerted effort to make the public aware of the real things to be worried about – like chemtrails.

If I had my way it would be mandatory for all travellers in and out of Australia to have been vaccinated for a whole host of diseases.

It stops the carriers of disease (those programmed to not vaccinate) from spreading it

Sure people would complain but it would solve many problems without using public money

Millions of people would travel in and out of Australia by forcing them to vaccinate it would do much good without costing the public purse.

Smallpox used to mandatory for all international travel, until the disease was rendered extinct through vaccination. The only mandatory vaccine these days is yellow fever, for certain parts of Africa and South America.

Number (2) is the excuse used to show sunscreens to be safe, but it is a load of bollocks to suggest that because nano sunscreens don’t penetrate beyond healthy skin it doesn’t get into your system.

What about cuts and grazes? These are common with outdoor workers and children

What about sweat taking it to your eyes or mouth?

What about having some on your hands when you eat food?

It is a no- brainer that if you smear something all over your skin some will find a way into your system, and this stuff has in no way been proven safe nor does the body have any ability to expel it.

People are smearing this crap on their kids almost on a daily basis thinking its safe
