I cook for the group when we meet as I am researching recipes banders can eat, but as you saw we only need one bowl of something for the lot of us lol.
Ok now I can tell you what I wasn’t 100 % honest about.. I said on ACA “ I have lost 56 kg , and diabetes”. (57 kg now , one more kg off this week )
I had told yous I had lost 28 kg.

I had a different surgeon . He whacked me with a newpaper when hubby dobbed me in that I was skipping meals LOL.

The criteria goes on your BMI. And if you have tried different methods to lose weight over years, and /or diabetic , or other obesity health problems. One fellow who is in our banded group has lost half his weight and before being banded he had a 6 way heart bypass. He was on deaths door, now he jogs daily and slides down kids slippery dips :D
