I love edable (sp?) pod peas – snow peas, sugar snaps etc. I checked the Diggers catalogue and they give them the same growing period as podded peas. I find this unusual. Snow peas (although the name may be relevant) are an Asian green, so I would expect grow in slightly hotter temps than our winters.

Guess I’ll wander down to the local hardware and have a look-ee-see on the back of a couple of packets.
