Subject: Hypervelocity stars escape Milky Way's gravity
These sun-size stars are thought to be moving at over a million mph
18 hypervelocity stars found previously originated from the galaxy’s centre
But none of the new hypervelocity stars found come from the galactic core
Scientists now hope to uncover what their ejection mechanism could be
