I have determined that the phrase ‘Survival of the fittest’ is not so much wrong as Ir, Iron, as different as as can be.

Always had a problem with the premise that the strong survive and the weak fail, therefor breeding a stronger line, linear, Lion. Which logically gives only room for an extreme predator and one voracious food supply. In both land, sea and air.

Fortunately these miss-givings are now understood…

So the ‘survivalbility of many diverse species is because of their weakness ie Pushed off the rook.

Like really, fuck off and go and graze on a rocky mountain, the Bison said to the goat.

Next I will debunk natural selection as a large array of many possibility’s.

I don’t think it refers to breeding extreme predators though they would be included. It means the fittest to exploit its niche in the ecology and environment.

Never use an apostrophe to make a plural. It makes you look silly and uneducated. If you’re trying to overturn 150 years of work by thousands of people all supporting the same general conclusion it’s is not a good start.

Interesting,

Fom where does the purpose come?

Obviously not from being at the apex of an already conquered environment.

The actual current state of evolutionary theory, from an actual person what knows what he’s on about. Just in case anyone wanted to argue against reality instead of an antique strawman.

Probably Herbert Spencer got that expression going around the place, way way back, think it may have been him that wove it into social philosophy, can’t be sure now.

The problem, perhaps, for many rendering the subject down to easy-think, as with many subjects, is that take some simple task like walking a straight line for my purposes of analogy – you can’t walk a straight line without errors or wobbles to correct from. It could be said that variations from the straight line are required to walk the straightening line, so the question can be asked are we walking a crooked line or walking a straight line. The errors generally are the product of trying to walk straight, but can be intentionally introduced also. Call it dither or spread, but what of it do we state as the objective of behaviour? A tending-straightish line required deviations, so perhaps ‘error’ doesn’t describe it. I could argue that to walk straightish is to walk a composite straightness and deviations from, that the departures from exact straightness are required, even that the deviations are the greater part as we never walk a perfectly straight line.

So, from that, I say evolution is crooked :)

The “fittest” in this context means those that fit their environment the best, where “environment” includes everything that can affect their chances of survival.

It’s just another way of saying “the survival of those most likely to survive”.

Point being the errors or noise of DNA replcation and expression more broadly are required to keep the largely higher fidelity DNA replication working.
