My most humble apologies (if nobody has picked me up on this).

The warrego River does not flow into Lake Eyre, it is more or less the last major western river in Queensland that flows into the Murray-Darling.

If somebody else has taken issue with this, then I most certainly admit that I was wrong.

I’ll have to go and learn how to look up google map…my youngest can locate our house on this…should save bloopers in future…but I have believed this all my life (re Warrego and Lake Eyre).

Apparently the Cooper is the next big one over which is what flows into Lake Eyre. Guess traditionally both come up at the same time and this might be where I got confused….

Well Dinetta….. I didn’t know where the bluddy water went as long as it wasn’t through my house…….
