Subject: cortisone/steroid and my knee
Apparently I have jumpers knee.
“Do you do a lot of jumping, like basketball?”
“yeah, just after my 5am swim and before the marathon”
or housemaids knee “Umm I’m not real big on housework”
anyway been referred for a US guided corticosteroid injection into L prepatellar
question – can I try a topical corto/steroid first or is it too far behind the knee to get in. (Dr said it was behind the kneecap)
thanks

And on that note, I’d better call WNDC.
