I guess if you frequent sites that continually tell you that there is nothing more evil than a Republican it would come as quite a shock.

I don’t think their ideology mattered so much as their vision.

These days, politicians of any persuasion can’t see any further than the next election resulting in poorly thought out, short term policies with no real benefit to anyone.
