Physicists Design Concept for Fully Operational Deflector Shields

If you were thinking that shields used in Star Wars for protection against laser attacks is just science fiction then you need to have a reality check as those shields are very much possible to be made.

Researchers from the University of Leicester have designed a concept for fully operational deflector shields. As per the physicists, the technology behind the shield is quite feasible and in fact, the skill behind the principle is already in use.
