Thanks bon! I used to live in Perth… I love WA and my adult kids live in Albany. Can’t really afford to live there now! Or here!! On the Central Coast (NSW) the housing is cheaper and the lifestyle is what we are looking for. Being near water – ocean, river, lakes and estuary, warmth, great fishing, bush walking and lots to do. :o)

My WA equivalent would be Molloy Island, although Molloy is probably more isolated?? (WA being so empty!)

Can’t wait for the day I can retire to Molloy… must stop daydreaming and get back to work though!
