Anyone here know of an online app or website which shows the arrangement of our system on any given date from a solar north perspective?

None that I know of sorry. I have a couple that I use to help position my telescope, but they are all from Earth perspective of course.
See Fourmilab’s Solar System Live . It’s 20 years old, but it’s still pretty cool, IMHO. It can even generate stereo views.
Heliocentric ViewpointYou can view the solar system from any three-dimensional vantage point to better visualise orbital inclinations. By default, Solar System Live shows a “plan view” of the solar system—the view from directly above the Sun’s North pole (heliocentric latitude 90° North). Smaller values in the heliocentric latitude box produce more oblique views of the solar system. Checking the “South” box produces views from below the plane of the ecliptic, looking toward the southern hemisphere of the Sun.
