probably not. People can make a professional living imitating others. Whether it be serious actors learning the mannerisms of the their subject, or comedians lampooning politicians.

i would say yes with sensitive enough equipment. everyones anatomy is different so the anatomy of the throat, and other stuff around there that help us make sound, will be unique. subtle maybe but unique nonetheless.
