I’m picking up a 4 yo gojiberry crown with 2 mt bare stems. I am reading conflicting stores of invasive, non invasive, too big, not big enough, hates hot arvo sun, loves heat..argh.

Will I be sorry if I plant it in the ground near my vege beds?

Who knows?

I’ve had berries of all sorts here and they all eventually die out if I don’t pay attention to annual maintenance. Yet m daughter took raspberries from here and continually has them in such abundance.

I think I’ll just wing it and see how I go. I have rethunk the spot for planting in the meantime and will plant it near my silkies yard fence.
