There was no point in making it a forum. It was a one eyed view of science as no one was allowed to join in order to be able to make comments.

I suspect she ended up just forgetting how to use the internet properly. She was finding it increasingly difficult to log on and join in.

Glowie was just a product of her era. As for Zardoz, he was a great bloke to have in such a forum. He sometimes had less of a grip on reality than he’d have liked, but still a forum member I am disappointed I never got to meet IRL.

By us do you mean you are making a claim to eccentricity rather than just cranky and angry? And I do not think you can make any claims toward tolerance in view of your history of constant carping criticism for those that do not dress or behave in ways you deem acceptable, moreover your history of emailing to get people banned…including zarkov. If there is one thing you are not, it is tolerant.

if any of these people still wanted to be here they would be. Nothing is stopping any one of them from being a part of this forum… but clearly, they do not. I think there’s something in that for all of us.
