Ive sent forms on the grounds of Financial hardship

and they just returned the forms to me saying They did not have all the information,

they did have all the information, so I sent it back to them again with a “may end my life note attached”

I do not want to go into fine details about why I need the money, but its mainly for car repairs and modifications and I need money for art materials for University

the Super I have is less than 10,000 dollars but it is enough for what I need

I have Aspergers, Depression and I do get constant thoughts of ending my life

I have no property, no house, no money in my account, no girlfriend, no friends to visit, no sex life

I dont people to feel sorry for me and Im not feeling sorry for myself

My smartphone Galaxy S4 has an ad virus that keeps popping up ads over whatever app Im running and the only way to get out of it is too hit the home button and that closes the app Im in as well

My laptop has been hacked and I have a standard user account that keeps coming back after I delete it

I have had a unauthorized visa charge to a porn site for 25 dollars that I didnt make, the porn site is SG

I have gone to the bank and had my passwords reset

I keep deleting this user account on my laptop that is just a user iujopoisq

I delete it from the control panel user accounts manage another account > delete the account

and I tried deleting it from start run netplwiz

Im using windows Vista basic with ESET security program

That lack of motivation is a killer CN, as you will never overcome your problems unless you can get it going. What about at uni, aren’t there activities you can get involved or clubs to join. These are good places to make friends too. You are one of the posters in this forum I always click onto, as I find your wide range of interests very appealing, so you have a lot to give and all you need is the incentive to do it. Remember, you have got to be in it to win it!

Good luck with it all.

Besides seeing a doctor about your mental state, I suggest getting a pet, preferably a small dog

to take for walks – exercise – helps to meet people.

And a charity can always help with financial worries – & you should never feel badly about using their
services as that is why they exist

My reason for being on the forum is to read what CN has written. I need you.

> I have Aspergers, Depression and I do get constant thoughts of ending my life

Sounds nasty. I have mild depression and have found that sertraline has been a lifesaver. I needed to give an important presentation last night and took two beforehand. Sertraline is a “smart drug”, even people with no medical problems can benefit from taking it, and the price has come down to $7 for a months supply, or even cheaper if you take it only when you feel you need it. Worked a treat.

Mrs m uses a more powerful medication.

If you don’t want to take sertraline or more powerful medications then I can totally recommend the MoodGYM program run by that ANU https://moodgym.anu.edu.au/
and the book “Feeling good” by David D Burns – avoid rip-off imitations.

Something that was mentioned to me not long ago was a “mental toolbox”. You can use an actual toolbox to hold it, things like a list of activities you like to do, affirmations – I find they work even when I don’t believe them, etc. Use it to hold anything that has worked in the past to help you get over a period of depression.

I can also recommend the organisation GROW http://www.grow.net.au/ which runs groups all across Australia that provide “a peer supported program for growth and personal development to people with a mental illness and those people experiencing difficulty in coping with life’s challenges”. Click on “your local GROW” and then on your state to find a nearby group. No matter where you live, there will be a group near you, book a visit. You may even get computer help there. I’ve never joined a group but know people who are involved, can even give you the phone number of someone to talk to.

I can relate to a lot of where you’re coming from CN.

I agree with curve, most people we think we know online don’t have anywhere near as wonderful lives as is often made out.

I have trouble differentiating whether my depressed thoughts are rational and based on real-life circumstances, or caused by mental or chemical issues beyond my control.

I think it might be a bit of both, but when you get hit hard by circumstances it can get overwhelming.

Talking to someone like PWM or Dropbear usually snaps me out of it.
