Hello Eveyone, just popped in at smoko and wondering if there’s still anyone here from Perth?
And also looking for these cucumber seeds. Not having much luck.

Hi Muschee :)
Just me and Hortfurball, and she’s been pretty busy lately so hasn’t been on much.
Should try to recruit some new Perth members really! :)
Hi Bonn,
Well we had our house on the market since February and had planned a new life in Tassie. But things have not gone to plan and the whole idea has fizzled out and we have now decided to stay.
So hope to spend a bit more time here on the forum too.
So after giving away all my veggie seeds, (and alot of other garden stuff….I could cry) I want to stock up again.
I grew this cuc a couple seasons ago and just loved it. So if you know of anywhere around that might sell rare seeds, please let me know.

Oh, sorry to hear it didn’t work out :(
Hmm, the only localish seed company I know of is Bay Seed Garden – they sell seeds in little yellow packets at Environment House. Dunno about rare though:

Don’t be sorry, I now feel like it wasn’t meant to be (for now anyways) and have that settled feeling again, which is very comforting.
Thanks for that info I’ll see how I get on.

They were very easy care and I thought they were really sweet and tasty, so I’d like more.
Bubba did you try them when green or orange? When orange they’re delicious

Mum used to grow them when I was a kid and we probably ate them at various stages but I just remember them being all seed.
