Not while it contains alcohol.

Then, it shall never be done!
I find it interesting that the Nobel Prize-winning biochemist Arthur Kornberg used for his experiments on nutrition two and only two foods that contained all the necessary ingredients (vitamins and minerals) needed for growing organisms (such as rats and micro-organisms). The two foods are “liver extract” and “yeast”.
Beer and bread contain yeast. It’d be nice if the processing of these foods was done in such as way that none of the nutrition from the yeast was lost.
Most beer seems pretty ‘whole’ as beers go. What else were you looking for?

Any plant (and fungi) matter apart from starchy stuff and cereals (and fruit since fruit has its own F :)). It’s a weight loss diet I made up myself.

According to bubbles, foliage = gravy.

Oh, and fish = chicken.
It’s a rich tapestry.
Fish = fish, skinless hen breasts and boiled or poached eggs.
