Is the phone able to handle it if you partition the card into two drives?

Have you just tried copy/paste the apps?

Ive tried rooting the phone and have installed super user

installed titanium backup, and given titanium backup, root rights using super user

Ive run run the backup using the titanium backup program

but when I copy the backup files to another larger sd card

and run titanium backup, and try to restore the backup files

titanium backup, cannot see them

Ive also downloaded and installed the Samsung Kies 3 program

ran that, but it does not backup the external apps

Win32 Disk Imager cloned the 8 gb sd card

but when I wrote the image back to the 128 gb sd card

I saw an 8 gb partition

and when I put it in the phone

no external apps, and titanium backup could not see the backup files in the backup folder

even though I pointed it to that folder

So I probably need to do some other stuff, which I haven’t figured out yet

Same phone as mine, I also put a larger card in and all I did was get that larger micro SD card and copy (in Windows) all the files from the small one to the larger one.
Worked just fine.

But to be sure, ask on the XDA Forum
