By who? My reading of average joe is that no one has felt much pain and they are glad boat people are no longer coming. Having said that, Abbott is definately on the nose and he may too be replaced, so again, predictions are hard. I don’t think anyone is wanting to go back to a boat a day arrivals which is one of labors biggest electoral failings! even Rudd felt the mood and in the governments dying days legislated the never ever to be settled PNG policy.
