This article is quite good, except for a claim in the last paragraph, which is absolutely false:
> “There are no known observations in clear conflict with the claimed result.”

There are at least three sets of observations that disprove this. The first and most important is the observations in the time delay of neutrinos arriving in 1987 from the Supernova in the Magellanic cloud, SN 1987a.
