Not sure if this is the right term and hope this isn’t a dumb question, but how would I go about finding the owner or organisation the runs a particular website?

Obviously there’s no business name or any other identity associated that provide reference and no “about this site” clickable link which many sites have.

Any ideas?

But when I search the web address it just shows me the domain name and host etc it doesn’t seem to show any info on who owns or runs the website or who is responsible for the website’s content, if that makes sense.

Is there any way to find this information out?

Yep, there’s a link on the page that tells you all that. Poke around, you’ll find it.

Is this area supposed to provide the organisation or business name?

There is an address & postcode but other than that, it seems to be just the website’s host name available
