Doxepin is a potent antihistamine antagonist but apparently this doesn’t translate to clinical efficacy at all. Goodman & Gillman doesn’t mention dothiepin as having any H1 antihistamine effects that I could find. Also, all first gen piperazines cause CNS effects but G&G also does not mention EPS, it does block ACh though. Cyclizine is usually used with apo-morphine in Parkinson’s Disease so I couldn’t imagine it would cause EPS commonly.
