Subject: Seeking Goods Transport Melb to Sydney
  1. son is moving to Sydney. He’s riding up (he doesn’t have a car licence), so he can’t take his stuff up with him.

He has some boxes of stuff that he needs transporting from Melbourne to Sydney. He’s looked at couriers, but most have a reputation less than desirable.

His stuff would fit in a mid sized station wagon. He’s willing to pay for petrol.

Here’s the details of the boxes:
1. 21kg 41×30×44cm
2. 23kg 41×30×44cm
3. 30kg 41×41×57cm
4. 15kg 41×30×44cm
5. 12kg 64×26×49cm
6. 20kg 57×57×25cm

So if you know of anyone who is travelling from Melbourne to Sydney in an empty station wagon (or similar), and wants their petrol payed for, then please let me know!

we had a case of wine (12 bottles) sent to melbourne – door to door – for $12.
so the wineries have got a good courier service going between the capital cities.
there might be a cheap courier deal – but i don’t know which.

the cost factor is less of an issue (he can afford it) than the reliability factor. He wants to be sure that his stuff arrives, and in good condition.
