So sad the cars are being forced into the same mould.
Different makes with different performance round the track makes for more interesting racing.
I call the present format Duco racing…………………….everything the same except the paint.

Hey-Zeuss!

Can you imagine how bad it might have been if it’d been a real car, instead of a shell of some kind of ultra-light fibreglass that happened to resemble a Holden, over a chassis and engine that bear no relation at all to any production Holden ever sold anywhere?

wouldn’t have been as big as that.
road cars have crumple zones and energy absorbing areas, V8SC are very stiff and much more barwork, less energy absorbtion = more bang, less crunch.

Friend reckons the fence section that got hit,the concrete was well disintegrated around the mesh reo

There are antennas here, and it seems there’s outlets in various rooms. Whether they work is another thing entirely. At least one is a normal-looking TV antenna. The others appear to be satellite receivers of some sort or other.

A touring car is a body styled for carrying passengers and luggage, originally 4 door, but the specs have evolved with the sport.
Touring cars usually start with a car and add safety/performance features, not ground up dedicated racing car builds

Saloon car’ begins with the word ‘saloon’. ‘Saloon’ is from the French word ‘Salon’, from the Italian word ‘salone’ (large hall), from the German word ‘sala’, for hall, etc. ‘Saloon’ evolved into a term to define a large hall for the common use of hotel guests or ship passengers where alcoholic drinks are sold and consumed.

In Great Britain, a luxurious railway carriage furnished as a drawing-room took on the name ‘Saloon car’. ‘Saloon car’ ultimately came to signify a two or four door closed body automobile for four or more people with a separate compartment at the back for bags and boxes. In Great Britain and New Zealand, the engine compartment cover is called the bonnet and the cargo-compartment at the rear is called the boot. In the US and Canada this type of car is called a ‘sedan’. The engine compartment cover at the front is called the hood; the cargo compartment at the rear is called the trunk. Australia uses the American term ‘sedan’ along with the British terms boot and bonnet.

…so I can’t complete certain transactions within Commonwealth Banks Netbank, because I don’t have a mobile # or email registered.
Their site suggests “updating my contact details” by clicking the link below.

*click link

“To complete this action, you must have a valid mobile # registered”

*shakes head
There’s nothing in ‘account management’ to edit this info…

I guess I now have to contact customer service by phone or call in to a branch to update this info??

Anyone familiar with Netbank?
