Hi all you cooking whizzes out there :)
I have made a chocolate Pavlova for a BBQ tomorrow. What’s the best way to store it overnight? I’m not decorating it till tomorrow. Thanks :)

I guess in an air tight container……. I see them on the shelves at the shops in the cake sections undecorated.

This is what I am going to do with mine…….. at them moment….dif I can’t find something to put it in…..guess I’ll have to bung it in the fridge.

ooo not in the fridge it will weep. Just put in airtight container or cover with plastic wrap and put somewhere where it won’t get bumped. (I was out collecting that wire mesh)

My mum used to put hers (only the slow combustion would do for the cooking) into a cake tin or just wrap in alfoil…mostly to keep my cotton-pick’n fingers out of it…I think she may have used a tin (enamelled) plate and alfoil??? Also a tin cake tin, definitely not airtight…they’d stay there for ages if I didn’t find them…
