Subject: Knobs and Wheels in racecars

Is there a standard configuration re the relative position of the centre of the steering wheel and the knob of the gear stick in racing cars that have gear sticks… and steering wheels. Like, stick knob in neutral should be 30-35cm left/right of the centre of the wheel, 10-15cm behind, 20-25cm below?

Proper racing cars have quick shift which is directly connected to the steering wheel…
