I thank ye. I had to tell some bloke in Mumbai my name and date of birth on my mobile because my landline isn’t working and the first thing he said was belated happy birthday.. So there you have it.

I told him that Optus charged me too much for shyte service and he told me that I should be happy that they were going to give me a data unlimited account for more than they charge me now and that he had NFI about what Telstra were doing with my phone line but that he was sure they’d be out today to have a look . They are all very nice on the phone but they don’t really realise that as a customer, I can choose to have no phone at all.

We’ve got the NBN box attached to the front of our house. I just happened to be backing out the driveway and spotted this bloke in my front yard. He was ok with me telling him where to place it, well out of my way and where I can hide it with a shrub. We will get the info in the post apparently, and another box will arrive that has to be installed inside the house. It can go next to the heating air intake grill. If they say it can’t go there, stiff bikkies.

GS got his flash computer yesterday :) Videographer was here all day filming. We will see the video in a few weeks after editing, then if we approve, it’ll go online. I’ll pop a link in here. I still cringe and lose my words when a camera is pointed at me.

KK and LeLe have moved into their new home. They were gobsmacked at all the household things I’d collected for them. There were lots of hugs and wide eyed ohhhs and arhhs! :)
