Ok trendsetters, I bought myself an exercise bike because I need to do a minimum of half an hour a day exercise.
What’s a good routine, just for general cardio and fitness type stuff?
Does one stick it on an easy setting and pedal like buggery for half an hour?
Does one stick it on the hardest setting and just try to keep the wheel turning until time is up?
Does one start and finish in an easy setting to warm up/warm down and then progressively work up and back down through harder settings trying to keep a steady speed regardless of setting?
I’m sort of doing option 3. But what says the forum?
