I was nagged to install an update to Malwarebytes on my computer. Since doing so, my computer has become intermittently very slow, with lots of pause and ghosting of windows.

(1) Is Malwarebytes a respectable and legitimate program?
(2) Anyone else had this experience?
(3) I’ve just uninstalled it. Have I left myself open to problems? I run Kaspersky.

I run it and have for years, works well,, highy regarded as I understand it.

Yep. Is it running a scan? That slows my PC down.
