i’d say aliens might travel the universe in larger mother ships with smaller ships tucked away in their bellies
the powerplant of the mother ship is big enough to provide power for hyperspace jumps, smaller craft couldn’t generate the power needed for those jumps
radio comms get scrambled beyond the solar system, they would be very faint and you’d need to be listening to the right frequency
any comms would just get washed out by existing natural radio transmissions
aliens wouldn’t be using radio for communication

What would their spqce ship be made of? It couldn’t be normal (baryonic) matter, so radio (EM) waves wouldn’t affect it.

getting particles to align, to be straight, to become orderly would be part of it, any sub atomic structural disorder would have to be eliminated, there would be precise control of all subatomic particles,>aliens wouldn’t be using radio for communication
By radio do you mean anything intentionally modulated of the EMR spectrum for the purposes of communications of any sort. Do they have electricity, and lights..
What if the ingredients for evolving life on earth were seeded by aliens (or, from elsewhere, ignoring the alien idea for a moment), directly or indirectly.
Consider this or in this or about this there is information that can be extracted, that the eventual evolution of consciousness was the objective. Too that the projection of God as an artifact of consciousness was known.
That God the creator is real, and they/whatever set evolution running here, or contributed to the probability it would happen somewhere.
You and I maybe two of the aliens on earth with the message. Now, if you were going to go about seeding life elsewhere, how would you go about that.

Physics says no. Life is a chemical process that can only occur on the scale of molecular interactions and higher. There is insufficient complexity to create such a phenomenon on an atomic or subatomic scale.

However, the scenario has appeared in science fiction, in “Schild’s Ladder” by Australian author Greg Egan. A human-made spaceship on the femtoscale communicates with aliens in a different quantum vacuum who live on the Planck scale. By sending femtoscale communications that distort the boundary of the universe of the much smaller aliens.
