This time round I bought them in pots….not as loose crowns…hoping to be able to have a head start this way.

A bit of shade cloth on hot days ..perhaps a water probe too, to check moisture ?

Hi DL…… I did neglect the last one…… this time I popped heaps of cow manure, mushroom compost and B&B into the area before I planted them out.
