Do a Google Image search for “Ice Polygons” to find a dozen or so similar formations on Earth.

“polygons occur from contraction of the soil from water loss through evaporation and/or coldness. The contraction is forceful enough that the ground cracks in a polygon pattern in order to release tensile stress.”
