Having read pepe’s extensive list of what’s growing in his garden I thought I’d do an inventory too. It’s surprising when you write it as a list!
Onions, garlic, sugarloaf cabbage, Savoy cabbage, Caulis, silverbeet, leeks, rhubarb, potatoes (6 types) carrots, purple sprouting broccoli, broad beans, celery, ruby chard, raspberries, tomatoes (seedlings), strawberries,
Cherry, mulberry, lemons (3types), nectarine, pears (2 types) fig, plums ( 2 types) guavas (3 types no fruit yet) Avocado (no fruit yet) ,
Mint, coriander, parsley, chives, garlic chives, rosemary, oregano, lemon thyme, comfrey, achillea.

There may be something I’ve missed.

I do wish my list was as impressive. But I’m not doing too badly for a first season garden.

Finished: beetroot, peas
Picking: cucumbers, herbs (parsley (x2), chives (x2), oregano, basil, rosemary, dill, mint), silverbeet
Coming on: tomatoes (about 4 types), caulis, broc, cabbages, beans, spring onion, pak choy, lettuce, carrots, rockies, jap pumpkin, zuchini (2 colours), potatoes

New veggie gardeners inspired – two! That’s my best win so far!

two new inspired gardeners – now that’s good growing
rockies – chuckle not heard that before – and your climate is probably well suited to them.
