Sorry about the strong language at the header,but just watched the ABC news in South Australia.Our political masters have agreed that a new marina be developed at Mannum!!! This may come as a shock to some of the political clowns we have,but the Coorong and surrounding areas downstream are/have screaming for an increase in water flows for the past years to keep our fragile environment sustainable. This marina will use countless millions of litres of preciouse water so that greedy councils can reap benefits from rates and land tax paid to the state government.My rant is over…………….Not a happy AL

we recently had an issue where they wanted to build an amusement park at Werribee Open Range Zoo. Good for the animals, NOT! Fortunately the protests won this round.

still – australia’s growth rate isn’t that high. i reckon the growth rate is based on us buying all sorts of stuff that we don’t need.
