> Canberra-based EOS Space Systems, which is a subsidiary of ASX-listed Electro Optic Systems Holdings, is working with US aerospace giant Lockheed Martin to establish a major tracking network providing more timely information on space junk to commercial and government customers.
I have heaps of respect for EOS. Firstly because they put up their own Australian-owned satellite (with help from Russia) making it one of only two Australian companies to own a satellite. Secondly because the company survived when its headquarters was destroyed in the Mt Stromlo fires. Thirdly because of its great work in laser-ranging and optics.
