They are on the field.
and the first four has been dispatched.
“Absolute rubbish really”
The West Indies are told by sports psychologists to always take positives out of being thrashed.
It doesn’t work of course but it’s the way of the world in todays new age punced up mediocrity.
It’s the same in football to, home truths have no place, if someone drops the ball with the line wide open everyone rushes up to them and pats them on the head and say it’s alright mate don’t worry about it it wasn’t your fault etc etc. Whereas in the day they’d rush up to you and say you fucking idiot.
6 threes so far.
Burnsy and the Kwoj back out there
Did Smith win some award the other day from the ICC??

Outfield must be drying up, some drives are getting to the fkn boundary

Guess he holds his spot for the rest of the series.

They’ve worked well together.

Thought that you knew the answer.. like out of a xmas cracker
Gee willickers …
6 down and still 460 behind.
I reckon Warner is kicking himself that he didn’t get going on that pitch
At first blush and to the untrained eye some will say it was a bad day for the West Indies, however there’s a lot of positives they can take out of today going forward.

They need to action the drill-down going forward to leverage their deliverable end-of-play issues to retain the interface between stakeholders and sunset competencies.
Have switched over to the cricket.
Message to the wicketkeeper. Watch his feet rather than the bails.
This is now the biggest partnership of the innings. I wouldn’t go so far as to call it a comeback.

Bravo – 2 runs/hour.
Bit of a dead weight there…
Harsh. They needed someone to knuckle down and occupy.
Am I correct in thinking the Brathwaites are not related?

They’re brother and sister, but also cousins.

not sure, but after he released ‘horses’ he disappeared off the charts…
Now they just need another 200 to avoid the followon
Ah well …
I suppose all we can say is that the Windies were better today than yesterday. Nearly to the halfway mark.
Australia will not enforce the follow on.
What’s going on in the crowd, they keep going into the “you are wanker” chant?
FORNICATION!

Talking about the Windies.
Comanche is sure to win line honours, I’d put good odds on it winning handicap as well because it’s currently second on handicap and the wind speed had dropped right off, so the smaller yachts will be slowed.
hmmm … they moved MM ahead of Voges, to spread the bounty I suppose

looks like it.
I.m watching the Eng v SA test, it’s a good contest.
Suprised by this early dec. There are 6 sessions with no rain expected.
Fuck off Marlon!
Well I know PWM likes to talk about taking positives out of a loss and one positive that the Windies can take out of this is that they batted for more overs than Australia did.
On a more serious note they did at least look like they were trying to stay in during this match compared to the last one.

Holder knew that it was all slipping away.

Not even Freudian?
No wickets for Haze. :-/
Came this _ close to pushing it into a 5th day..
I wanted to see the Bunnings Bunnings Analyzer come out again.. always a laugh
The poms are in a strong position in the other Boxing day test.
Johathan Agnes was scathing of Amlar’s captaincy.
Reckons he just stands at mid off and polishes the ball.
Anyway it’s good to see a Compton in the English side again although this chap is no Denis.
The ABC have got the work experience kid writing up the sports reports now:
The West Indies showed sterner resistance this time round, with Jason Holder (68) and Denesh Ramdin (59) showing plenty of fight with the bat, but ultimately crumbled to 282 all out, 177 runs short of making Australia bat again.

Must have missed the rule change where the home side gets a third innings.

Sadly there may come a day when England is straight out of Comptons
