I can’t think of any off the top of my head but there has to have been instances. What are examples of using a problem we have to fix another problem we are having?

Not an individuals problems. Community problems. I’m pretty sure I’ve heard of instances where an old problem was dealt with by incorporating it into another problems solution so that two problems get attention. Just can’t think of the examples I’ve heard before.
