If you peek back in Dinetta, btm offered the fffs tech forum after you had left last night. Some of the old faces are there, and they have helped me at times.

Can’t be stuffed going through the chat thread, luckily it is still in notepad

Pretty sure that the Format > Number function was only available in Excel. It makes sense really when you think about it, Word is a document application. Having said that WP and OO have the function.

You can however use Excel for what it was intended, format your cells as you wish and then embed the table.

Or you could write some vba for it. You need to pull up the developer tab in the ribbon.

Or you could use the use the Table Layout tab.

1. Click on the cell
2. Click fx formula in the Table Layout tab.
3. In the Formula field, type your number
4. In the Number Format field, select your desired format.
5. Click OK
