It’s only a model aircraft company that’s selling them, but I still think it’s significant.
They have a useful bit more performance than LiPo batteries, with more performance to come no doubt.

I reckon that graphene could play a role as a cathode in this exciting development too . .

Graphite is starting to get noticed in the mining industry now and as money starts to flow out of the unpopular coal and oil sector, it needs to be parked somewhere.
There is no futures or spot price on quality large flake and pure graphite. So all sales must be be via contract from miner to supplier. With Tesla and their ilk keen on storage for their home and vehicle industries, there is a big push to get supply contracts in place.
China has had large known graphite deposits but it is of poor flake size. Mozambique is now the graphite hot spot and 2 weeks ago the largest known super jumbo flake deposit was confirmed with JORC. There are probably 10 players in the graphite arena right now, and more to come no doubt.
It’s anyone’s guess who the main players will be as most of these enterprises are still seeking funding to start mining, but it is going to be an interesting ride.
Meant to say Tanzania, not Mozambique, but Mozam does have some deposits, too. It’s just the country is in a mess from a political point of view.
Stan101, welcome to the forum.
Thank you, DV. I actually posted it thinking Aquilla and a few others might be interested if they are still around. He’s a photo voltaic guy.
