The amendments will establish a licensing scheme for the cultivation of cannabis for medicinal and related scientific purposes. The key features of the cannabis cultivation licence scheme include:

• Two cannabis licences, one that authorises the cultivation of cannabis for manufacture into medicinal cannabis products; the second that authorises research into the cannabis plant that is to be used for medicinal purposes. This could include research into growing conditions, cannabinoid yields from different strains, ensuring consistency in yields and other matters related to ensuring a safe, predictable raw material.

My friends always stated that it was far better than a bong or a bloody chillum.

when we bought this place, none of the hoses were long enough to reach anywhere…
then we started finding very short lengths around the place..

The pot smokers support medicinal mj as a means to legitimise thier habit. I reckon thy will isolate molecules and deliver them without a high.

I eat pot to get bent, no apologies and no politics and no fooling myself.

Oh and the eating is good, culling males. Last one will go soonish, I am tossing up if it is worth seeing a flower compared to pulling them out to preserve the others.

My routine is boil up a batch then in the morning have it with a bit of milo on an empty stomach. By about 3 in the arvo I am feeling very content.

Only about once a week though otherwise you get a bit resistant. I try to coordinate a once a week event with a good movie.

Strange that. I have a packet of tally-hos here that has a corner torn out of it. I have no idea which friend accidentally left it.

I haven’t used it for donkey’s years, but I reckon it’s OK if others do.

Different family’s and different problems. My dad used to wonder why the pool chlorine kept disappearing, other dads might wonder why the hose gets shorter.

Though to be fair, the amount of hose to make an orchy Bong pipe is probably undetectable under normal circumstances.
