I think they’ve overstated the exercise thing. Typically the cause of weightloss will be 85% change in diet and 15% change in activity… It is not nothing.

“The other problem is that people often reward themselves for doing exercise by having a treat.”

So exercise and don’t reward yourself with a treat, stupid.
