Combining compounds with shape memory and piezoelectric properties, could a golf club be constructed that maximised energy transfer to the ball?

What’s the loss of energy with the current top of the line clubs ?

The face would need to be parabolic with an angle subtending an arc of any length as long as it is say 9 units.

I think there is some rule of golf which forbids “unusual” face angles.
The theory behind it is that if you are are tiny bit off with the club face angle, it will still go in the intended direction.

No good to me mate. I’d just hit the ball further in the wrong direction.
What if the accesory were a power suit designed for ball/club coordination?
