What’s the loss of energy with the current top of the line clubs ?

No good to me mate. I’d just hit the ball further in the wrong direction.

The face would need to be parabolic with an angle subtending an arc of any length as long as it is say 9 units.

I think there is some rule of golf which forbids “unusual” face angles.

Virtually all No1 woods/metals have a parabolic face, been that way for yonks.

The theory behind it is that if you are are tiny bit off with the club face angle, it will still go in the intended direction.

What if the accesory were a power suit designed for ball/club coordination?

They’d get you on the inappropriate dress rule.
