Certainly aren’t. I have some on my lounge room ceiling.

More to the point though, the amount of light you get from them is piss-poor. And the light output from them dies off faster than the sun sets, making them useless at night.

Either use reflective materials, or use radioactive-powered materials.

I sprayed reflective paint all over my car to make it more visible at night, you should too.
