It would also be in his own interest to give this place a break. If you could see your way to kick him out for a while, I’m sure we’d all be much relieved. We’re a tolerant mob but he refuses to accept many weeks worth of constructive criticism from just about everyone.

My apologies if I created the impression this thread post was to precede a creative barrage as the Frank number did. I only posted this for later development when I did to keep it near the thread it originated from so I could find it easier when needed. As it has been disrupted I will not continue this topic on this thread but seeing as it does have a democratic topic I thought I would offer a voting opportunity.

So far I count kii, bubblecar, tauto, witty rejoinder, boris and probably stumpy seahorse as preferring my no longer frequenting this facility. I will curb my reactions to boris, witty and tauto’s personal remarks but if others still wish to add their name to this list, this thread is now provided for this purpose.

I’m sure nobody minds you peeping in here if you make use of the place in the way it was intended. But swamping us with your “creative barrages”, which don’t really belong here, can be very annoying.

There are a number of creative people contributing to this forum, but we don’t use this place as our private studio :)

I intend to minimise topic development while the forum is busy from now on. I’ve attempted to only supply quality material that is in experimental development phase. It is the medium I am familiar with in developing ideas. I should avoid confusing anyone too much now I’ve taken developing my writing skills a little more seriously. I’ve only been dabbling till now while I was distracted with nonsense.

In fairness though, while Postpoc does display signs of instability, his posts, while many, aren’t really moderation worthy as they aren’t mean or nasty or, given there is no specific theme to the forum, off topic.

Postpoc, I hope you stay, but this is a forum. It is a place for people to interact. One person starts a conversation, the next person responds, etc. Filling the View-By-Topic with crazy arsed free-form nonsense is counter to its purpose. Be nice, be considerate of the other people here.

so while I condone behavior that helps create a more inclusive social dynamic, I don;t believe that we are in a position to demand moderation for behavior that isn’t abusive.

If don’t want to read PosPoc’s posts, then simply don’t click on them – it isn’t rocket science

I haven’t stated I’ve been using the place for a blog. I don’t want a blog. I have interests I am investigating that gets relevant feedback here. I also enjoy developing comedy and drama presentation while I’m investigating these topics. The so called blogs are my method of presenting my opinions on various topics which are open to development themselves.

I have some references to introduce soon on the Babylon stuff I’ve been into recently and still have some responses to answer on the word of mouth thread. I am not using this place as a blog.

It’s certainly not just me, as many posters have expressed their frustration with Postpoc’s recent spamming. And cb88, who hosts this place, agreed with us, suspended him for several days and sent him an email telling him to cut down the noise.

This is cb88’d forum, solely.

He moderated Postpoc recently, and presumably will again if Postpoc’s behaviour doesn’t change.
