We’ve seen this before.

But I prefer the way I saw on the TV show “Global Village” of mixing hot plastic bags with sand to make a durable building material. The sand gives bulk and compressive strength while the semi-melted plastic bags give tensile strength and reinforcing. And unlike concrete it doesn’t produce lots of CO2 or have rusting problems.

P.S. Try to avoid plastic bags made of chlorinated plastics for both power and building material applications. The chlorine tends to smell.
