Yes. The book that introduced cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is called “Feeling Good”.

The best practical application I’ve seen of CBT is the MoodGym website that is or was run by the ANU.

However, I still prefer Prozac and Zoloft because the dose can be varied day by day, CBT is not a short term solution. The two approaches are not mutually exclusive, Zoloft can be used together with CBT to double the effect.
