Yes. The book that introduced cognitive behavioural therapy (
CBT) is called “Feeling Good”.
The best practical application I’ve seen of CBT is the MoodGym website that is or was run by the ANU.
However, I still prefer Prozac and Zoloft because the dose can be varied day by day, CBT is not a short term solution. The two approaches are not mutually exclusive, Zoloft can be used together with CBT to double the effect.
