So there is the group who wants to declare open war on Islam(not mention any names that rhyme with dump). The only plausible reason this can be considered is the fact that the Muslim world has a distinct preference for non-separation of religion and state. You can make any deal you wish with the elected representatives of any particular nation but this means little against the influence of their religious leaders.

With open war against the Muslim of minimal likelihood the issue in the disparity between cultural regulation should be addressed as a priority. What is the contemporary philosophy on functional diplomacy between the west and the Muslim and where should that be going?

Religion and state separated for all nations on the planet, especially makes sense as we are becoming an increasingly technological society with no need for superstition or guilt enforced codes of conduct. No more cultural or religious excuses for abhorrent human behaviour and suppression of others.

If you get gangrene in a limb you have to amputate the limb or it will spread to the rest of the body and death of the body happens. same thing can happen with religion.
