Yeah they were the clever ones, Merkel is probably a Russian agent , Germany was a hotbed of Stasi agents , the Russians infiltrated the political process in Germany with its agents. Complained about what and most importantly when. Because of your habit of predicting the past I held your heels to the fire and the only time you ever predicted a current event as it was happening you predicted carriers in flames.

Re knife attacks random is by definition almost impossible to predict or stop. I doubt there is money exchanging hands, but there is a political problem in stopping Islamic nutters, our society provides protections for its citizens to do pretty much what they like up to the point where they sink the knife. Our society defends and protects the intolerant and politicians with an eye to election cannot offend constituents in certain electorates.

I agree this is not good but the alternatives appear to be worse.
