All this ooh aah they can’t figure out why it dims 20% rapidly is a drag. Isn’t this going to turn out to be the coincidence of a dense cloud of star-fart passing by relatively slowly midway between it and the telescope?

I’ve no idea what you’re talking about … unless you’re talking about mollwollfumble’s discovery of two strange Kepler stars that could be interpreted as either a massive fleet of sunspots or an alien megastructure.
