I know nothing about this first hand, but it tallies with a great posting from years ago about the effect of drugs. Alcohol, as Shakespeare put it, increases the desire and decreases the performance. Marijuana has almost no effect on sex.

Personally I quite enjoy sex without any mind altering substances, other than the internal ones activated by the sex.

I am reliably informed that a moderate level of stoned is the best.
